As a licensed psychologist and certified Jungian psychoanalyst based in Montreal , I have had extensive experience with different problematics. Reasons for consulting may be various, but it always leads us to confront an unacknowledged part of ourselves, in a word, our own unconscious shadow.

The fundamental goal of Jungian psychology is to build a vital relationship between the conscious and unconscious parts of the mind so that psychological development can be ongoing. Jungian analysis also respects our needs for creative expression, sexuality and spirituality,  as essential aspects of our psychological individuation.
